Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our products shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall take place in Accra, Ghana, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

Any award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys' fees from the non-prevailing party.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Admidefrip regarding your use of our website and products, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between you and us.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Admidefrip.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without our consent shall be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
